so I was screwing around with some filters on an avatar trying to get a unique backgroun, I succeded... then when I tried to do the same thing with a wallpaper this is what I got.... not bad for screwing anround and finding random crap eh?

its alright, i'm not a big fan of random artwork. and you're border should be your top layer, the brushing/filtered stuff overlaps it.
the border is the top layer... it's just set on soft light
Doesn't look too bad mate. Maybe if you added some underwater creatures, a couple fish and a shark or something, it would give it that little extra jazz to make it grab you. Other than that the coloring and everything looks good...Good job.
looks good. title needs work though. reminds me of the little mermaid
