Dont really like the banner because its a bit empty on the right, maybe move the test over there.

I like it, but for some reason i dont like the guy. i mean its good. but the bandana and his face dont really work. i dont know what it is. they just look off. but still great work

putting the guy in the banner on the left would add balance to the whole thing i think. plus, for some reason, the navigation text doesn't work for me... it's kind of pixel-y, and detracts from the glossy and stylish look.
