Hey guys, hunted around my various HDD's to pull together some designs I did over the last few years, some are old, some are actually fairly recent ... but a mix of varying styles and interests from plain and simple to OTT ... ;)
All designed from scratch in photoshop only, the alien landscapes were pushing the limits of what I could achieve in PS alone for those kinds of designs.
the last 2 are the best.... do you plan on doing anything with them? like a web template or something?

Very nice...
I like twin suns and grey heavens the best!
Very nice...
But you could work on blue sunsets...The lens flare isn't good. You should create it urself! With da pen tool or something!
I'm not very good at this stuff, altough I'm trying to learn it...
But very nice job on all of them!

@ Rorin those designs just started life off as an exercise in getting those effects down, testing it out, but they were an interface for my old website a while back as I developed it.
@ Wouwousoft keen eye you got there but I didn't use the default lens-flare, it is among one of my weaker designs back in the day but the lens-flare was added seperately using a bunch of lines and circles, with softlight overlays and bluring I think thats why it looks a bit crap now
@ dragoneye what I posted are just trimmed down version for quick viewing here, most of them are at 1280x1024 in size. So if anyone every wants one of them for a wallpaper, let me know as I can make available most resolutions.
At everyone else thank you for the feedback and encouraging replies, with a clear idea in your head and the right inspiration its not difficult just mostly time consuming - it only gets hard when you can't bend photoshop to your will and achieve what some of the masters in digital art do - if can be frustrating but you only need to get it right once then you can move up a level - but its nice to have encouraging comments to help us along.
