Personally i dont really like annimation, if it didnt have that i would love it ( 8.5/10) but with the annimation, well it just puts me off ;)

I like the how the rain hits the text in the animation, but yeah it's way too fast, looks wierd...

I don't know, it looks like he's on a football court or something...
The brushes don't mix good with the rest, they look like they aren't supposed to be there. I'd try blending them more in, changing col maybe... Overall more depth in the sig would be nice.

not a big fan of the animation or the scanlines or the other lines round the text render looks nice thoough

junk it, dont do a pixel stretch and if you do brush more, and dont use rain. and never use that font again. sorry if i sound harsh.

I think it was his idea to make the rain hit the text, not really the sig...
A border would do good though!

What is that thing moving around your text?! The whored rain effect looks like all the other whored rain I've seen. It's ok for noobs to use it, but I know you've been at this for a while. Maybe gaussian blur the pixel stretch, then it would look more natural...and add more brushing.
