That's way too big, you need to size it. Sig sizes are to be no more than 400x125. If you could do that for me that would be cool.
You need to do more with the background. The skull looks nice, but other than that it's just a couple colors and some grunge scratches with a render slapped on top. You could blend the render a little more, or lower the opacity a little. I'm not sure, this one is a little weird to me. Nice try though.
