well here is my latest piece.. never done before.. or at least ive never seen one like it here.. C+C please

sick metal wires lol

it would look cooler if the wires connected to the middle circle.

it is a very good look for perhaps website layouts.
try to make a website layout using those techniques....see how it comes out ;)

Looks good! The wires themselves look very realistic but the way they are positioned makes them look like they are 2-dimensional. if you had some more shadow around where they connect in the middle, it might give the illusion they are actually fading into a hole rather than just behind the middle. Whatever is in the middle, the textture is pretty kickass. I think time was well spent on this piece, I love it. Keep on working, you're improving my friend. :)

Yeah guy, that texture is pretty sick. I like what you did with the wires too. Nice job, you're getting a lot better.

well thank you everyone since ive gotten such a good response im going to write a tutorial about wires.. hope you enjoy.
note: for wires you must know basics of pen tool.

Theres already loads of pen tuts so make sure its good :P
I like everything but the wires, they look a bit flat and boring :( Maybe make it go into the orb or something ;)

Still great though
