Except just try to make the blood look more convincing on the blade, it doesn't look 'wet' per se, just painted on ;)

no ben has a point, but only the top part of it has a lighting issure, which can easily be resolved with some inner shadow/glow, it looks awesome and i think the blood on the blade looks good it doesn't look brushed on as much because it's like it has dried a little and due to the wound being quite shallow and it being around the skin i guess it works .. but still just a miniscule of wetness wouldn't go a miss eh? :)
