Its a good attemt but the whole sig needs work, the colors are too bright and there is some green that really really needs to be assasinated, the render is nice but i dont know if i like it with that brushing, and the text needs to be replaced or made smaller,
No offense but start again from scratch with the render, look at the render closely and feel what it is.. try to get a sense of what would look best.

the blade in the render is to sharp compared to the rest of the render which is really blurred and the same with the bg plus the text should be in the top left hand crner youve got the right idea it just needs a few more touches
lower the contrast and sharpen the render... also its pretty blurry sharpen it up a little and take out some of the red..... B)
