Very nice. How'd you get the squares?

i used pixelate> mosaic then i set to overlay and i used the magic wand tool and selected some light spots and then i via copied that layer and then pattern overlay

lol. anything without borders suck. put them on now.

borders arent overrated. everything just happens to look a shitload better with them.

You can just make a 3x3 document, and take a 1 px black pencil and draw a line from top to bottom on the left, and left to right on the bottom. Go to Edit>Define Pattern and that works just as well, if not better.

Nice job man, I'm not digging the pixel stretch look, but the colors are awesome. Nice job.

Yeah dude, the stretch doesn't look very good. I also don't like the duplicated render.
