Started off as messing around with filters in PS:CS, but it turned out to look pretty good so I finished it and this is my final result. Fractals were made by ~O-R-S-O-N

Like the typography, the effect works well but for most people on DA its the same as any other fractal, they are not meant to be art on their own, usually with a render, my latest piece has fractals behind them. It works well because it adds some texture to the piece.
