Video recording program.

Hello everybody, long time no seen all. I hope it is allright with you all.
Im just wondering if anybody know a good video recording program that I can use to record directly from my computer and watch later on what I have done. Like on Dinokind's tutorial.

I could need a program like that and that can take records on a high quality ;).

Yep Camtasia Studio... I used to record Runescape with it but my computer couldn't handle it good, so you really need a good comp!
