i cant really remember what the first one looks like so i'll assume this one is better. You've got two many layers of the motion blur round the render the pixel strecth is well done and the text looks good just make the render bigger get rid of or make the motion blur not so vivid around the render and add a boarder to it

its pretty good but as said above, get rid of some of the blured layers or at least lower the opacity on them.
