hey what ever program you use for them...dude you've got skills i like the red mountains good water effect ;)
the 3d terrain is done in terragen it basically does it all for you, so you don't have to be good to make it look cool, the red mountains were done within 2 hours of downloading it. Its free just type it in google. Anything else in 3d is 3dsmax & the planets & everything else is ps...
