you need a lil work with brushing and txt, and then it will be asskickin'
looks good the bg is a little dark but thats ok cos it ties in with the render. the render isnt too bad but its way to smudged mainly around the face and chest area fix that and it will be a kick ass sig

but i will agree with Kidd that smthing is missing there i will say that it will be usefull a bit of a light lets say add a lens flare and then in a new layer do a dot and add some brightness
also i think that u should clear his face more
u should add a pattern in the half img and what ever u have in mind
thou it is a very good work i like it very very much.....hehe
