its very busy, hard to read, and for some reason i dont like the border..
I like it, but indeed, it's a bit TOO hard to read.

the bg looks very harsh but still its good mayney play arounf with the coouring a little make it more intense
It looks like more of a banner than a sig. Try making your sigs smaller. The border is done well, but the color doesn't really remind me of rust. The text just looks like it was erased with a grunge brush. Not bad, but it could use some work IMO.
