Thats cause it can't lift its legs off of the ground, and is wheel driven ;) If they had the stabilization/walking technology like Sony's Qurio, then it would owwwwnnnn.

i know if they had like UBER funding they could make a nice smooth biped which could fire stuff.. but i doubt it would be stable for battle. unless the centre point is quite low and wide ...hmmm makes you think doesn't it... ;)
