the color is kinda weird, but yeah i guess it looks ok, try to remove the fence post sticking up from the bottom, and try adding curves and contrast layers to give it some more depth
But I like it... And if I remove it it's TOO white...
Colors are a bit weird my friend.

Make it black and white and invert it. I bet that would look cool.
I think it needs more depth. Not bad, but it is just a picture you found. Maybe try adding a picture of a boat or a car. Just to make it funny or something.
I like the colours you have used, it just seems a little too bright for my liking. Try what Neiromaru said and I think that would achieve a better result.
The text for "perfection" suits the signature well I believe, however I think your name sticks out too much - maybe resize it or something.
