i like the bg and render, but it looks like his face was cut in half or something. nice.
Yup there is a divide in his face. Wanted it that way.

the text kinda throws it off, not sure what you should do with it, but change it, and the divide in his face is kinda weird,
but the bg, particularly the bubble-esque things looks awesome

The background looks nice, but those are brushes, right? Good colors, but don't cut Yoda's head like that. It just doesn't look very good imo.
As like a lot of people I'm liking the background, but with the Y in Yoda, it'd look better in my opinion if it was the same as the O, D and A. I noticed that before I noticed the render :o
And I'd change the head so it was smoothly lit across the whole head. Sorry, I don't like the cut either :S
The bg looks like some sort of 3d, wich is pretty cool...
Work on the render... He's a bit dark... Maybe at some lightning effects?
