First thing that comes to mind:
The circles are hell pixelly :o
Personally i dont like it, its way to simple and the colours are pretty similar so youre attention isnt really drawn to anything, just looks as though theres not a lot of effort gone into it, a single colour BG, 3Circle tools, And about 5regtangular tools then a little text, that could be done on Paint :(
Spend more time on it putting more details etc. making it unique and the layout could be ok ;)
How long you spend on it?

When I saw it, just noticed too many things going on at once... Just went WOW. And looked at the circles and thought "how the hell does that fit"? And how the hell will you code that anyway?
