MMMM.... Maybe you can add some tornado or something... Dunno really...
blend the face more and cut it out better and blend the walking on so it looks part of it plus the quailty doesnt look very good imo
honestly. . .black and white and colors do not mix for this one. sometimes they can look good. but not here. that is only when it is predominantly black and white with some color added. and i know it is hard if not impossible to find a color picture (well i would guess at least)
so i would suggest to make the bg b&w first of all. . maybe even make it all a sepia kinda tone.
just my thoughts, but the black and white on color really does not work for this one i dont think.
Like masokist said. BUt.. you could add a hint of red, and have it Near black and white.. =) That'd be cool..
But the whole image quality really blows..
It looks like you just pasted the pic and lowered the opacity a bit....
