well first of all get rid of the scan lines and add a border, and the render looks like it could be blended a little better, but it's kinda hard to tell.

overall i dont really like it that much, but the liquidy effect thing is awesome, how did you do that?

I would be glad to tell you if my mom hadnt shut down the comp before i could tell you so yeah i no longer have my layer history sorry

oh well, but in future sigs you should try expanding your techniques, and not relying so heavily on filters.
