Minus the color aspect its a quite good effect... text (i think) could use a little work but im still a newb so yeah

I think you need to reduce the distance of the drop shadow on the texts you've got there. The colour is a tad monotonous but don't feel bad about your brushes they're not bad. At least you made some ^_^
