Looks good, but you have used too much bevel & emboss on the border IMO... The pattern looks good, but I think you should work on the text...
I agree with wouwousoft. I would put the text white with no blending options except a drop shadow and a lowered fill opacity, shrunk a bit and placed in corner on the left.
It to mono the text color is ugly and so is what you have done to it, the animation isnt much and a bit too fast.
