The render is way too over saturated. The text needs a lot of work and IMO it's too big. Check out some of the tutorials here to get some new ideas.
The text is too big and there is too much. Work on your blending too.
Eh... I DID feel like there was a bit too much... And couldn't find a way to blend the render in correctly... I'll make the text smaller.
