Where are the brushings and where is the manipulation? :S

looks cool, but maybe try turning down the opacity of the scanlines over the render.

I think i've seen that entire picture before. You just cut out parts of it, scanlined it, and that's all I can see besides some manip on the text. I'm a huge fan of the Hitman series, so i'm gonna say this doesn't do it Justice.
