Menu is a bit plain... And maybe you can try to use a brightness/contrast adjustment layer to shake things up :P
Also I don't like the background color, but that's just me... I always prefer a greyish color (like #CCCCCC)
Sweet. It looks very shivvy. Though you could do with some flashy-buttons, Like ht eKind I make in flash =)
Flash aint good for a simple site though, never mind a first ;)
