Text needs work on both.And for the 2nd one you might want to chose colors that actually represent the render. The border also seems outa place. The 2nd shows more skill then the first. The render on the first one doesn't match the bg color wise. Im sorry but im to tired to say nice things about these.
Lets start with #1--=--> Ok well first off it isnt blended well,and you should of made the render a bit bigger[if that's the size you got it,then resize it while holding "Shift"] Text is really bad and it's placement,as for the BG it is nice but it needs more colors from the render.
#2--=--> Ok where is the green coming from on the text? Text is decent just bad color choice. Blending is better on this one and the border is ...out of place? You should of brushed more instead ofusing the big border. It lacs depth as well...
