I like it but I must agree with a comment on da that you should use different colors for clouds. Would be nicer... ;)
They look like dl/d brushes with a heavy colour layer. And the planet placement, and texture isn't too good, + the glow on the back looks a bit strange.

The nebula is not downloaded brushes, it's manipulated clouds AND brushes made from those images (did them myself) and the planet is originally 8000x8000 with real textures from nasa satelit site. :)
