Very nice, i like it alot. Definately think the first is better, the bottom text is hard to see and more annoying to try and read on the second.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH my eyes....
The sub text is pretty bad IMO, lower the opacity of the stroke, and it would be a sweet job, don't go with the second >.<
Is it a logo? If so scrap the BG XD
