Scan Lines on the sides kill it. Try merging the Abstract and Heaven text layers and then applying the layer styles. Just a thought. The background looks pretty cool, but I don't understand the circle. It just doesn't flow imo.

I like it. The colours and lighting are good and work well, the size is nice, the main text looks like it has a dropshadow, and is white, which doesn't fit witht he rest of the sig. Try setting the opacity to 50-80% .
I like the text on the top left and top right, subtle ^_^
I like it without the scan lines, but you added some unnecessary text on the right side.
This sig is MEANT for advertising. So i don't think it's unnecessary
