Its a matter of opinion, of course i would say no because of my experiance with Americans, on the void 99% are great, too bad that on other forums and on Xbox Live 70% have been so fucking annoying,

i cant really say mainly because ive only seen it in the media and not for my self and the medias telling of stuff is exhadurated
seeing how i have never been to another country i wouldnt be able to tell you truely. but the best at what? the best place to live? i plan on moving out into the country one day and only going into town once a month :D. its my dream.
