Very nice dude the render is a bit freaky though [not saying you shouldnt use it] try using some blurs to blend it a bit ??
The stock art you used is very nice and was blended pretty well.
The copy (text), however, is boring and distracting. Try using a different color for the type, and a different style of accenting it. Right now it looks like you cut it out of a magazine and pasted it on top.
The render doesn't match the BG at all, it looks out of place and the text is too boring and its a simple text in a grunge sig, why?
Yeah like the render and the way it's blended, but like Ben and 43 said, the text is totally out of place. The text for your name is fine though =). The blue(?) parts of the bg dont go imo, try using a colour from the render instead.
