Not bad, the first one has what it needs. A nice background, a picture, ok text and a pixel border-7.5/10
The second one just isn't gelling, maybe doctor scholls to gel better. Background is ok but the border doesn't work or that randomly inserted arrow-5.5/10
ehh, its ok, you seem to like those bright fractal looking-light bg's, what are they anyways?
The really like the first one's background, but I think your borader needs to be thicker on it. The text just seems so thick and the border so small.
The 2nd one is all to gether I consider ok, but that arrow really doesn't seem as if it goes there.
