oohh Simple.. but i like how it looks 3d with very little shading...Sweet arrow/dart. :D u may want to consider making the tip a lil better..

Try and work from the shadows outwards.... t'll look uber realistic then :) But melikes. Don't ja mean dart?
Well I don't know much about drawings but you have made the flyer transparent... Dunno but I don't think it should be that way :P
