Okay I have been working on my planets a bit (although I still need to improve) and i thought I would make a space scene. Now this is nowhere near finished, in fact its only just started but I want to know what you think of what I have done so far (the planet and the nebula mainly)

hmm planet will need Alot of work ont eh texture.. and i guess you'll work ont he light sources , and the quality of the nebula.
The placement is kinda strange for the planet... i'd darken one side a bit more (( or use a bigger circle for the shadow )) -> So it blends more with the black space behind it ^_^

I agree with what Dale said and i also dont like the colors that much. Most of the stars dont look that bad but the ones around and in the nebula do not look that great. Also if the planet was that close to the nebula it would be a lot brighter.
