It's not exactly "personal". It looks like one of those templates you would get free from yahoo geocities or something.
It dosen't show off your talent or style. Just needs to "personal".
Its not bad, there nothing majorily bad about it
But
Its not good, theres nothing great about it, nothing unique that grabs your attention
