It just looks like you put the render in, done some brushes then a pattern in.
Then the text and pen tool.

Well, I like it. I like the saturation; it *works* and is pleasing to my eye. I like the brushing ... I like those green eyes. Did you fix those eyes up like that? I like where the text is placed ... and you did a good job with that pen tool too (I know from personal experience; the pen tool can be tricky ¬_¬)
And it reminds me of Vivi from Final Fantasy 9 ^_^

The text on the right could be a little smaller to fit just inside the wavy things, but all in all I really like this sig. The render is nice, and blends awesome with the colors. Nice job.
