I haven't seriously drawn since highschool (three years), and probably longer than that actually. So I want to resharpen my skills and work on my human form drawing. Every week I'll be doing a study, 20 sketches minimum of whatever body part I'm focusing on. I thought this would be a good way to inspire others to sharpen their pencils and skills at the same time. There's not really any rules other than you must use pencil and you can't trace or copy directly from a photo. You can use photos as references, but only for referencing, NOT for copying.
This week I'm doing the head. I hope someone else decides to join in.
THERE'S NO DUE DATE Don't announce that you're going to enter a peice, just enter one.

Hmm. I may try this, possibly with a biro pen, although using biro is alot harder for creating tone... it'd be good to practice.
20 sketches would be a huge accomplishment man, a sketch takes what... 2-3 hours or more? =| Best have that Monday off work....
But a good plan :)

20 sketches should take about 4 hours, tops. each sketch should be about 10 minutes. probably less if it's just basic structuring without detail.

Oh i thought you meant a refined, polished sketch. Maybe that could be the end result, one final comp?
