Thats weird I did the same thing yesterday for my graphics coursework same game and everything lol.
The 'PCDVD' text is a bit big and pixelated, try using motion blurr on the car instead of that other filter you used, looks ok though nice job.
I did motion blur it. It's just the wind is more noticeable. ;)
Hmm i quite like it, the colours are a bit saturated. And it seems very squashed, you have everything too big imo. Also some perspective would be good on the blur :)
