Hmm this could use lotsa work, the view is ok, but the clouds have too much motion imo, and the landscape is basic, and doesn't look that nice. Maybe make some textures / add some, and work on the lighting etc.
You got the view nice, just work more on it ^_^
i see what you mean about the clouds and its proberley because i set them at a very low height
i like the sun and i like the water, but he texture you used for the land dosen't really match the blissfun theme i think your going for.

Its alright, but im not diggin the low quality of the image. Good view, but could use some more work.
