Hmm. I'd make the quality a little worse, add a few scratches. Darken the image slightly, and add a little contrast. The text.. well basic text would be better, also. You don't want your text as your focal point.
Few minor things, will improve it greatly ^_^

is a headmastress a cross between a headmistress and a headmaster? >.>
quite good shading, etc, but blurred. not a bad outcome, considering the stock pictures.

Are they the girls from charmed?
Very Much like the manip, has a very much vintage look about it. Needs a bit more texture so just add some photo effects like scratches or burns etc.
Headmastress? 0.o

Don't add textures and scratches, that's just a cheap trick to make it blend better. What you should concentrate on here is the sharpness of the woman and also her shading. When making a photo montage, you have to make everything fit. You can see that she is much sharper than the background, so you would need to put a tiny little bit of gaussian blur on her. Some like 0,4 or 0,5 px. And the second problem is the shading. The (strong) lightsources are the two windows, so it's strange that the light comes from another direction on the woman. She should be much darker and the shading on her arms should be light, not shadow, since the lightsource is behind her.
I hope that helped a bit! Keep it up.
what this needs is CONTRAST. its got none and it needs it badly. add some more grunge styled icons. this needs some hardcore work. maybe try and make the edges look burned or torn... or something. make the model stand out some more by making her "glow" a little.

Ja contrast, too many 'medium' tones :P Not getting much feeling out of it if it looks so flat. Add some darker shades and otherwise
