The lighting is off. Try to make it look like the light is hitting the shark from the bright part of the water. As for text, try using a simple default font.
I like that font actually... but it doesnt suit this sig at all. Try something more aquatic, or dangerout to fit in with the shark. Freaks right, try and bring the light part of the sig over to the area where the shark is being lit from. it really gives the sig depth and makes it more fun to look at.
