I was wanting to know how to make icons. Do you have to have a icon editor? if so does anyone know a real good one for free? I have fround a few free ones but they don't seem to work well.
Also does window blinds take a lot of resources? It's a them program, I think it would but dunno.
Help appreciated.
Windows blind isn't supposed to take up much, but my computer does seem to run a lot slower whilest i'm using it.
