hmm, interesting. Looks kinda like you did everything, inverted it and gave it a lens flare and a border.... but dont take that the wrong way. its cool looking. Just... im not feeling that lensflare. Its a tad small, and the shadow around the edges doesnt work too well. just keep at it bro.
Lose the lens flare and put some more ice there.

anyways... kinda like the ice but the lense flare is killing it. the scale lins look too thick (imo). as Breakkia92 said... remove the lense flare and add some more ice to it.

Hmkay, I'll take out the flare, shadow and try to fade the lines a little.

It's worse. I think you should keep the Lens Flare, but work on the text. Also, get rid of the Scan Lines cause they just don't look good in this tag. The Inner Glow on the Border looks strange...maybe change the color to light blue or get rid of it. Also, chop 20 - 30 pixels of the bottom.

i like the new one better just the ice in the place of lense flare is smaller than the surrounding. sould probably make the ice bigger :D.
