The render doesn't blend in at all, there's not much going on in the background, and the text doesn't fit.
I actually quite like it, the fact that the render doesn't blend at all goes with the sig, and same for the text :).

its good apart form the text try usign a diffrent font ?
I hate it solely because it's Bryan Adams. You know he sucks, right?
The lighting on the photo is off, adjust the levels and maybe do some lighting effects to make it match the light background better.
