well.. i like the left side: haven't seen that background before, the colours look nice and aren't hard to the eye (if you get what i mean).
but the right side... the big black piece in the middle gives me a feeling that the right wing isn't blended in right.
personally i would have brightened it up a bit, use different lighting(but that's just me)

Try to work on your lighting and depth. The colors are good, the text is alright, and I'm just not feeling the downloaded brush background.

what should I use as lighting and depth?? I dont know, havent figure it out...

Definatly your best. Add some contrast/brightness layer maybe? Mess around with lighting effects
