made with cinema 4d. took me 2 days to make it (not full days... probably 3 -4 hours from each day) i was going to put reflection on the partial hood and logo but i couldnt find any that fit right..... the logo is not that accurate but i tried to be as accurate as possible. what d you think?

i think this is fantastic.. the only flaw i can see is that the Stuttgart text isn't wrapped along the curve of the surface, it looks like it is stuck through. otherwise i think its fantastic :D great job.
yea i noticed that after i rendered it and everything.... i will fix that :P
I dont like it, although it would be difficult to achieve, i wouldnt care. Its not artsy, its just showing skill. Try settting up a full scene, modelling textureing and rendering it and then it will LOOK good. If you showed that to someone who didnt know of c4d/digital art, they wouldnt be too impressed :mellow: Make it stand out ;)
Well damn, this does show some skill obiously.
I'm not really knowledgeable about c4/3D rendering, but I do have a notion that this is a decent piece of work. As said the 'stuttgart' seemed a bit off, but I did'nt really mind.
What struck me most is that the last letter of 'porshe' (the E :D) looks kinda pixelated.
Putting the whole in a broader context could be beneficial indeed to the overall feel of it.
overall it's a good work that shows your skill; rather then say something on it's own.

Nice, i have Nothing to critique on the object, it's perfect. Although to make the image better i'd suggest using.. lighting.. i'm not sure what type it is though, i think it may be called volumetric. Anyways, if you could add a "sheen" to the badge i think it'd look cool. And i'd make the BG colour the same as the deep red in the badge.
