can anybody tell me wer to get the hard edge brush because i seen a tut and its says draw a circle with the hard edge brush but i cant find it on photoshop so can use give me some help :D :D B)

they are stock brushes.
They are under basics i think or something like that.
thankz for that is the basic the tool bar at the side of the software when you start a tut or what ever your going to do :D :D B)
