ehh, decent, but the dollar bills are kinda random, it looks like you just got some money brushes and wanted to use em or something. kinda chaotic, doesnt have a solid theme. . .6/10

its alright but... when u make a border always make sure its the top layer bcuz right there its being cut off on and off bcuz of the render? or another layer

I agree with Illegal there. the things you can se is two colored pictures, and the blending could be made better. keep trying though,.
