Not bad. Your border needs to go on top of the layers :P. Try smuding the render some and brushing over the pixel stretch a little more. The text could be improved and moved to the middle right to fill up some of the empty space. Keep it up.
Yeah its pretty much perfect except that border thing you got goin on.
very cool, for a pix stretch anyway. Like vermillion said, try brushing/smudging over the stretch more. A pixel stretch should be there, moslty to enhance the background, not to BE the background.
